Let me tell you, first, this fact about this age-old holistic healing practice.

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest holistic (whole-body) healing systems.
It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India by an Ayurveda Physician named Charaka.
It’s based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.

The word Ayurveda is composed of two words of Sanskrit, Ayur ( meaning life)

Because, you will quickly benefit from vitamin E, calcium, phosphorus, selenium, copper, zinc, and manganese

  • You will clean your sinuses with little salt water. By adding a little sea salt in purified water in a little sprayer bottle. Squeezing gently to each nostril. 
  • Second step.  Squeeze two or three drops of sesame oil in each nostril. Take a strong inhalation for the oil to reach high in order to coat the inside membranes of your nose.
  • Be conscientious, this routine will help you to relieve from the mucus accumulation, and by extension benefits your eyes, ears, and your throat.

If you have a type of (sanguine) personality, you will prefer coconut oil, because of the refreshing quality from the oil.

Finally, you can take your shower!

You won’t need to put lotion after your shower, the oil you put before is sufficient.

As a rule in Ayurveda practice, you do not eat and drink at a cold temperature.
Because our body has regulated temperature, and it will affect it to impose a thermic choc.

I do not know what you usually have for breakfast. In Ayurveda, it is not a good way to start your day with sugar.

The tradition of taking sweet for breakfast appeared in the last century.
If you have the reaction like acid reflux and sleepiness during the morning then, preferably, switch to lightly salty breakfast. For instance, food that contains animal protein to get the beneficial energy that you need to feel good.

Time your meals correctly, and they should consist of high-quality products.

To have a better sleep, try to go to bed before 11: pm, your room, should be in cool temperature, and dark.
